COUNSELING

RESET,LLC’s Counseling treatment approaches are Person Centered, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral. Person Centered means it is about the client first, while strengthening the client-therapist relationship, Psychodynamic means resolving internal conflicts that may form based on past experiences, and Cognitive Behavioral, refers to identifying and changing one’s perceived views that influence behavior and mood. These strategies help improve client’s patterns and skills by working on themselves first. We have Master Candidate Counselors for Self Pay Clients to Licensed Professional Counselors and Social Workers for Both Self-Pay and Insured Clients.

Clinical Supervision and

RESET, LLC Internship Program

Clinical Supervision is used in counseling and psychotherapy to engage in working with counselee's preparing for state licensure or newly graduating students in psychology or counseling. It consists of a licensed Clinical Counselor who meets regularly, according to their state guidelines, with the counselee individually and when relevant, in group supervision. Clinical Supervision is designed to discuss casework and other professional issues in a structured way. Its purpose is to assist the counselee to learn from his or her experience and progress in expertise, understand and follow ethical guidelines and procedures, as well as to ensure good service to the client or patient. COACHING

RESET, LLC’s Coaching component is to direct, instruct, and empower individual and groups to achieve desired goals deemed unattainable. Women In Business Networking Group is designed to educate, equip, empower African American Women for Business. Monthly meetings and brainstorming sessions to inspire women to look into their abilities and skills to become self-employed. Understanding how to start business, basic legalities, doing a business plan, and how to sustain their businesses are learned in this group through successful African American Women Entrepreneurs.
